We currently accept the following payment options:

Cash (in-person transactions only)
Restricted Payment Methods
To protect both our team and our clients, we do not accept payment methods that require us to log into any external portal or account on your behalf, unless the platform is:
Widely recognized and used (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
Secure and authorized for commercial use
Approved by our finance team beforehand
This includes but is not limited to:
Private wallet logins
Third-party agency portals
Platforms requiring sensitive login credentials
Payment Terms
All design work begins after a minimum 50% upfront deposit.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and approval.
All invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may attract a 5% surcharge per week of delay or the project being withdrawn.
Recurring Services
For ongoing services such as maintenance or updates, payment terms will be clearly stated in the service contract or retainer agreement and must be paid on time.
