Refund Policy

Zanite Web Solutions offers transparent services. However, due to the nature of digital work, refunds are limited.

Refunds are only applicable if:

• The project hasn’t started and you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.

• We fail to deliver the agreed deliverables after multiple revisions.
  
  

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Client delays or failure to provide feedback.

• Domain and hosting purchases.

• Custom design work already started or delivered.
