Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

• The project has not started and a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment.
• We fail to deliver the agreed deliverables after multiple revision attempts.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Client delays or failure to provide required feedback.
• Domain and hosting purchases.
• Custom design work that has already started or been delivered.
