Zanite Web Solutions – Office Rules & Client Interaction Policy

At Zanite Web Solutions, we are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful and collaborative environment for both our team and our valued clients. These guidelines are designed to ensure smooth interactions and a pleasant experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

1. Respectful Communication

All communication between clients and our staff should be respectful, courteous and professional at all times. We encourage constructive dialogue and open feedback, but we do not tolerate abusive language, shouting or intimidation.

2. Appointment Etiquette

Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to avoid delays and ensure dedicated time with our team. Walk-ins may be accommodated depending on availability.

3. Punctuality

Time is valuable for both parties. We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for meetings, presentations or design sessions.

4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All discussions, ideas and materials shared during your project are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We request clients also respect the privacy of other ongoing projects within the studio.

5. Feedback & Revisions

We welcome your feedback! Constructive input is crucial to delivering excellent results—whether for a website, logo, poster or brand identity. However, excessive or last-minute revision requests may attract additional fees.

6. Deposit & Payment Policy

All projects commence only after a 50% deposit has been made unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment must be cleared before final delivery or publication of any digital materials.

7. Workspace Boundaries

Clients are kindly requested not to enter staff-only areas unless invited. Please remain in the designated consultation and waiting zones during your visit.

8. Decorum & Dress Code

All visitors must conduct themselves with decorum befitting a professional business environment. Offensive behavior or inappropriate dressing will not be tolerated.

9. Adherence to Premise Policies

As Zanite Web Solutions operates within Zanite Offices, all visitors are also subject to the general premises rules and facility policies established by Zanite Enterprise. This includes rules related to parking, security checks and facility use.

10. Starter Pack Consultations

Clients engaging in the Zanite Business Starter Pack are expected to actively participate in their weekly sessions and provide timely materials for progress. Inactivity for over 2 weeks without notice may lead to suspension of services.
